Bought a Golf from this dealer. A nice car with FSH and all was well until a couple of days later a warning light appeared that put the engine into ‘limp home’ mode. As distance made returning to the dealer impractical I had the fault (a throttle sensor) diagnosed locally and without quibble the seller agreed to pay for the repair. They want you to be happy with your purchase and have an ‘old fashioned’ approach to customer service which is often missing nowadays. I would certainly buy from them again!!

Great customer service. Agreed to purchase the car. Before collection, warning light came on indicating new timing belt required. Dealer fitted , got a full mot then delivered the car.
